Meeting Dates, Agendas, Minutes

This page contains the dates of the scheduled meetings and links to the meetings' agendas and minutes. Click on agenda or minutes to open the PDF. The PDFs will open in a new window. (Note: blank table cells for meetings and agendas means information has not submitted for posting.)

Meetings are normally held in the Municipal Building unless specified elsewhere. Agendas should be posted 48 hours prior to the start of the meeting. If they are not available online, they will be available at the meeting. Minutes are generally voted to be accepted at the next meeting and will be posted when approved.

Township Committee

Meetings are scheduled for the first and third Thursday of the month. All meetings shall commence at 6:00 PM, at which time the meeting will be opened, immediately followed by Executive Session, which will be closed to the public. The regular public meeting will follow at 7:00 PM. Budget hearings begin at 9 AM and no formal action will be taken. Meetings are held at the Municipal Building. The public is encouraged to attend.
The 2025 Reorganization meeting will be January 2, 2025, beginning at 6 PM, immediately followed by the Regular Meeting at 7 PM.

Land Use Board

Meetings are held at 7:30 p.m. at the Municipal Building. Changes are noted below. If the agenda is not online, it will be available before the meeting begins.

The 2026 reorganization meeting will be held on January 6, 2026 at 7:30 p.m. The regular meeting will follow commencing at 7:45 p.m.

Sustainable Andover

Meetings are normally scheduled for the last Wednesday of the month, at 7 PM. For any questions and meeting information, please contact David Kolstad at davidekolstad@gmail.com. The meeting schedule for the year and any agendas and minutes will be posted when received.

Environmental Commission

Meetings are scheduled for 7 PM on the second Thursday of the month at the Municipal Building. Minutes and agendas will be posted when submitted. For more information about the Environmental Commission, please contact Eric Olsen at eolsen@andovertwp.org

Recreation Committee

Meetings are scheduled for the 2nd Wednesday of month at 6:30 p.m. at the Municipal Building. 2025 meeting information, meeting dates, agendas, and minutes will be posted if submitted.

Economic Development Advisory Committee

Meetings are called as needed.

Board of Health

Meetings are held quarterly on the fourth Monday of January, April, July, and October at 7:30 p.m. 2025 meeting dates, agendas, and minutes will be posted when submitted.
